We do not independently verify every score, and rankings can change as new data comes in. Use your own judgment before visiting any listed business.
You may need an account to save favorites, submit reviews, or upload photos/videos. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to create an account.
When you submit a comment, rating, photo, or video ("User Content"), you retain ownership, but you grant EmberSpots a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors (which we report as required by law), defamatory, or otherwise harmful, at our discretion.
EmberSpots does not accept payment to alter, hide, or fabricate a business's composite ranking or review score. Paid "Featured" placements are clearly labeled as sponsored and never affect the underlying ranking.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMBER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
